Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that delivery time is different from the product dispatch.

We may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders or spend $99+ Australian Wind for free shipping and spend $280 for International free shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
BerraShannya's is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and leaves our premises, it is no longer under the direct control of BerraShannya's and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, we ask that you first contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to lodge an enquiry or claim.
If the carrier is unable to assist or resolve the issue, please contact us and provide:
Your order number
Your shipping/tracking ID or tracking number
Copies or screenshots of all communication with the carrier
Photographs of any damaged items, packaging, and shipping labels (if applicable)
Once we have received this information, we will review the matter and work with the carrier where possible to assist in resolving the issue.
Please note that BerraShannya's cannot guarantee the outcome of investigations conducted by third-party shipping providers.
Delivery Responsibility
Ownership and risk of products pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
BerraShannya's is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Customs and Import Requirements
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased comply with the import laws of their destination country.
Where customs duties, taxes or import fees apply, these are payable by the customer.
We are not responsible for products delayed, confiscated or rejected by customs authorities due to local regulations.
