Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the customised and personalised nature of custom-made products, event orders, and special requests, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Once production has commenced, payments and deposits are generally non-refundable.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products
For wax melt warmers, candle warmer lamps or home decors only, if you receive a product that is:
Faulty or defective
Incorrectly supplied
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
A description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay the assessment process.
Assessment of Claims
All refund, replacement, and compensation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
