• Do not light with a flame. This is a wickless candle and is designed for use with a suitable wax warmer.

• Use only with a BerraShannya's Australian trusted supplier's Candle Warmer Lamps or  Two-in-One Wax Melt Warmer or another approved wax warmer.

• Place the warmer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.

• Keep away from flammable materials, curtains, paper, and fabrics.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Never add water or any other substances to the wax.

• Never move the warmer while the wax is melted and hot.

• Allow the wax to cool completely before handling or cleaning.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, as natural wax may soften or lose its shape.

As our candles cure, highly volatile fragrance components may naturally evaporate over time. This is a normal characteristic of handcrafted candles made with natural waxes and premium fragrance oils and may result in subtle variations in the candle's final weight. These natural differences do not affect the quality, performance, or beautiful fragrance of your BerraShannya candle.

• Follow Time Limits: Do not leave the warmer operating all day. 1-4 hours is sufficient to melt the wax and release its fragrance.

• Monitor the Wax Level: Stop warming when approximately 13 mm (1.3 cm / ½ inch) of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. This helps prevent the glass from overheating and prolongs the life of your jar.

• Allow the wax to cool completely before cleaning or replacing it.

If you would like to place the candle in a glass jar, please ensure the jar is specifically designed and suitable for candle use only.

Glass Jar Safety:

• Glass becomes hot during use. Do not touch or move the jar until it has cooled completely.

• Always place the jar on a heat-resistant surface while warming.

• Do not use if the glass is chipped, cracked, or damaged.

• Avoid sudden temperature changes, as this may cause the glass to crack.

• Never cover the jar while warming.

• Discontinue use if the jar becomes damaged in any way.

As each item is individually crafted, your order may take up to 14 days to complete. This timeframe allows for the full process of creating, pouring, shaping, curing, quality checking, and carefully preparing your order for dispatch.
