To request a custom order, please contact us with the following information:

Quantity required
Preferred colours
Preferred fragrance(s) (from our website or we might ask you for further questions)

Custom Order Approval

Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a custom order.

BerraShannya's reserves the right to decline any custom order request at our discretion based on:

Availability
Production capacity
Lead times
Design feasibility

If we agree to proceed, we may provide:

A design proposal
Product mock-up
Digital preview
Sample image showing how the finished product may appear

Please note that mock-ups, previews, and sample images are for illustrative purposes only. The final product may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Lead Times

Custom and event orders require sufficient notice.

We strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly during busy seasons.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins
Production will not commence until payment requirements have been met
Changes to Custom Orders
Any requested changes must be emailed to us with the new changes
Changes may result in additional charges and extended production times
Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible

Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalised nature of custom products, deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has commenced.

Handmade Variations

All custom products are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, finish, fragrance, design placement, and appearance are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the customised and personalised nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or design choices approved by the customer.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
